How It Works

Hello, nice to meet you! This is where we get to know eachother and talk about your kitties.

An in-person meeting will be scheduled at your earliest convenience. We can go over their routine and I'll be happy to cover any questions or concerns you may have.

A Pet Care Agreement form will be emailed or printed for all new clients. This covers the legal stuff and allows me to be educated about your kitty's medical needs, vet and emergency contact information. You may print out the completed form or send it back to me via email.

NDA Agreement form (if required) will be reviewed, signed and returned to the appropriate party before our initial meeting. 

Invoices will be sent via email prior to the first day of services.

I serve the cities of Menlo Park, Atherton, Redwood City and Palo Alto but I am open to cat sitting outside of my service area. I'll do my best to work with you. Please contact me for details.

Pricing

Payments are to be made in full by the first day of services. Acceptable forms of payment include Venmo, Apple Pay, cash and checks. 

Ongoing care may be invoiced using bill.com and/or other service providers as requested. 

Additional time may be billed later if applicable. 

$55 - half hour visit

$100 - hour visit

$25/per day for federal & major US holidays

$25/per additional kitty, per day ( for households with more than two )

$200/per overnight stay

Free/initial key pick up — I will gladly keep your keys for future visits or we can arrange for a safe drop off. 

Out of Service Area fees may apply for cities outside of my service area. These fees usually range between $20 - $40 per day, depending on distance.

Cancellation fees are not charged but I'd prefer 48 hours notice if possible. 

Scheduling

Scheduling is on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Clients with consective daily/weekly check-ins will have priority. Holiday spaces fill up quickly.

Morning visits occur approximately between 8 am - 11 am

Midday visits occur approximately between 11 am - 3 pm

Evening visits occur approximately between 5 pm - 10 pm

All visits must occur on consecutive days. This is to ensure consistency and the mental wellbeing of your kitties.

Please no visitors while I am scheduled with your kitties.

Kitties must stay indoors. An exception could be made if your kitty has a designated catio or is accustomed to wearing a harness. I want to be sure that they are safe at all times! Your consent via email, text or written note will be required.

Daily | Play time, scratchies, brushing, cuddling & overall attention (as your kitty sees fit)

Daily | Oral/topical medication and injections (such as B12, iron, insulin & sub q fluids) if needed

Photo sessions (I love taking photos of your kitties and sending them to you)

Occasional text and email updates to let you know all is well at home

Music to help your kitty relax

Nail trims and/or waterless foam baths (if your kitty feels comfortable)

Transportation to and from veterinary appointments (charged hourly)
