I want the process to feel comfortable from the very beginning. Every visit is personally provided by me and thoughtfully tailored to your cat’s individual needs.

A Step by step guide

Let's Get Acquainted
Every cat is different, and I’d love to learn about yours. We’ll begin with a conversation about your cat’s personality, routines, favorite hiding places, medical needs, and all the little quirks that make them who they are. It’s also a chance for us to get to know one another and make sure we’re a great fit.

In-Home Meet & Greet
I’ll visit your home so we can walk through your cat’s routine together. We’ll cover feeding, medications, litter care, favorite toys, emergency contacts, and anything else that will help your cat feel comfortable while you’re away. This visit is just as much about helping your cat get to know me as it is about preparing for future visits.

A Few Details
A Pet Care Agreement is available online for all new clients. Before your first booking, I’ll send a simple online agreement covering your contact information, veterinary details, emergency contacts, your cat’s medical history, and a few service policies. It only takes a few minutes and helps ensure I have everything I need to provide the best possible care.

Privacy Matters
Many of my clients value privacy, and so do I. If needed, I’m happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before our first visit. Discretion and professionalism are part of every service I provide. Please visit the Private Client Portal for more information and rates. NDA or not, I will always respect your privacy.

Payments
Invoices are emailed before your scheduled visits and are due before services begin. I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, cash, and personal checks.

Service Area
My primary service area is San Francisco (coming soon!). If you’re located just outside my service area, feel free to reach out. Whenever possible, I try my best to accommodate nearby requests with a travel fee.

Care & rates

Payment
Payment is due before your first scheduled visit unless we’ve made other arrangements. I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, cash, and personal checks. Ongoing or extended care may be invoiced through Bill.com or another preferred platform upon request. Additional time or services, when requested, will be billed separately.

Signature Visits
$55 per 30-minute visit
$90 per 60-minute visit

Holiday Surcharge
Applies to major U.S. federal holidays. $25 per day.

Additional Cats
$20 per day for each additional cat. Applies to households with three or more cats.

Overnight Care
$175 per overnight stay

Keys
Your first key pickup is complimentary. I can also securely retain your key for future visits or return it whenever you prefer.

Outside My Primary Service Area
Visits outside San Francisco (coming soon!) may be available depending on my schedule. A travel fee will be quoted before booking so there are never any surprises.

Cancellations
Life happens. While I don’t charge cancellation fees, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Visit details

Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to clients with ongoing care needs, and holiday availability is often limited. If you’re planning to travel during a busy season, I encourage booking as early as possible.

Every visit is tailored to your cat’s unique personality and routine. Some cats are eager to play, others prefer quiet companionship, and some simply appreciate a familiar, reassuring presence. My goal is always the same: to help your cat feel safe, comfortable, and loved until you return.

Fresh food and water are provided, litter boxes are scooped, and any requested household tasks are completed with care. Before I leave, I do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is just as it should be.

You’ll receive plenty of photos and updates throughout your time away because I know how much those little moments mean.

Visit windows are as follows:
Morning  8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Midday  11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening  5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Cats thrive on consistency. For their comfort and wellbeing, visits are scheduled on consecutive days throughout your time away.

To help maintain a calm environment, I kindly ask that no visitors are present during scheduled visits.

Outdoor Access. Cats remain indoors during my visits unless we’ve discussed another arrangement in advance. If your cat enjoys a secure catio or supervised harness time, I’ll do my best to accommodate with written permission.

Every visit includes

For Your Cat
• Fresh food and water
• Litter box cleaning and surrounding area upkeep
• Playtime, brushing, cuddles, companionship, or quiet time—always guided by your cat’s comfort level
• Administration of oral, topical, and injectable medications (including subcutaneous fluids)
• Thoughtful photo updates (because there’s no such thing as too many cat photos)
• Occasional text or email updates while you’re away
• Calming music and environmental enrichment, if enjoyed
• Nail trims and waterless foam baths for receptive cats
• Transportation to and from veterinary appointments (hourly rate applies)

For Your Home
• Indoor and outdoor plant care
• Mail, package, and newspaper collection
• Trash bins placed out and returned
• Coordination with household staff or scheduled service providers, when needed
• Light home tidying during your time away
• Clear communication with you and your veterinary team whenever appropriate
