Agreement Terms

Pet Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Pet Owner authorizes Pet Sitter to seek emergency veterinary care for the pet(s) as deemed necessary. Pet Owner agrees to be financially responsible for any expenses incurred.
Pet Owner releases and holds harmless Pet Sitter from any and all liability arising from injury or illness to the pet(s), except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
Pet Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Pet Sitter harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from Pet Owner’s failure to disclose medical or behavioral issues.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Both parties acknowledge that Pet Sitter is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Pet Owner.
